The Heat-Sheet® Heavy is a rigid foam insulation board that has nodules to hold your in-floor heating PEX pipes. So you literally step the PEX pipes into place.
This replaces the standard pink foam insulation board that you typically would staple PEX pipes to. It also replaces the staples, sealing tape, and vapor barrier. You may still want a staple or something at the curves in your PEX pipes.
Heat-Sheet® Heavy tubing channel system provides proper, multidirectional placement of 1/2", 5/8" or 3/4" I.D. tubing with 4" on-center points.
APPLICATIONS
Heat-Sheet® Heavy Radiant Floor Panels can be used in all under-concrete radiant floor applications, including:

Nope, and we love Extreme Panel's way of building, however this project showcases only one type of application of HUG's system. HUG Hydronics can also be used in other homes, shops, garages, and ag buildings where radiant floor heating is appropriate.

Think about which spaces you'd like to control with separate thermostats. The Wizard will guide you through the planning process, and HUG's team can help review your project's needs.
