Fulfillment Coordinator

    Pay Rate: $20 per hour depending on experience

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Contribute to the long term success of HUG Hydronics by:
    Performing order fulfillment, shipping, ERP maintenance and customer service roles including shipment tracking and warranty work. Stays organized by logging everything in the ERP and CRM systems as needed.
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Essential and other important duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    Fulfillment:
    ● Perform order fulfillment and shipping coordination
    ● Assemble orders, pack and arrange for shipping
    ● Updates shipping information for tracking product records, such as serial numbers, dates, model number
    ● Contribute to testing, inspection, and associated tasks.
    ● Track Orders in ERP and CRM systems to fulfillment. Compare what is filled and shipped.
    ● Entry of customer shipping & product information into ERP
    ● Address questions from sales staff and customers on shipments and order status when needed.
    ● Contribute to manufacturing when needed.
    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP):
    ● Ensure data is consistent and correct in the ERP.
    ● Assure others are entering data correctly as needed.
    ● Monitor and maintain accurate inventory in the ERP.
    ● Escalate ERP issues that are beyond the authority of this position.
    ● Keep reality and the ERP consistent with regard to warehousing.
    Organizational:

    ● Share information about HUG through professional interactions and appropriate use of Social Media.
    ● Successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
    ● Occasionally work on weekends to attend trade shows and events.
    ● Perform other duties as assigned or required.
    Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
    ● Computer literate – able to research using the Internet and basic applications
    ● Strong organizational skills
    ● Good negotiation skills
    ● Great communication skills--both written and verbal
    ● Familiarity with various materials & how they are used (i.e. Plastic, Wood, Metal, Electrical, Plumbing)
    ● Detail oriented
    ● Genuine commitment to the organizational goals and mission
    ● Resourceful – problem solving, delegating, critical thinking
    ● Energetic, enthusiastic, self motivated and takes initiative
    ● Reliable, flexible and dependable
    Physical Demands:
    ● Lifting up to 49 lbs
    ● Operating skid steer
    ● Working with small parts
    ● Able to be on feet for extended periods of time
    ● Ability to stoop and/or bend on an occasional basis
