Shipping Policy
Getting your HUG Hydronics system to you, without the ruffled feathers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for all orders except Heat-Sheet, which ships by custom quote — ask for a Heat-Sheet quote here. Choose whichever shipping method fits your timeline and budget.
You pick the week your system arrives. Your sales tech will typically ask you for your preferred delivery week when you close your order. If that didn't happen, or your plans change, just contact us and we'll update it for you.
If anything threatens your delivery timeline, we'll email you as soon as we find out — just let us know if you'd rather get a call or text instead.
Once your order ships, you'll get tracking info by email — so you can watch it swim its way to you.
Quotes are valid for one week. Fuel and freight costs shift often enough that we can't hold a quote indefinitely — if your order comes in after that window, updated freight pricing may apply.
Once an item has shipped, it may not be possible to stop or reroute it.
International Shipping (Canada & Beyond)
We're still building out formal international shipping policies. Request a quote and we'll figure out what works for your location together.
Returns
- Return shipping is on you; if we're sending a replacement, that ships free.
- Restocking fee: 15% on unopened, unused returns within 90 days. 20% on opened or used items.
- After 90 days, returns are accepted at our discretion, with the restocking fee determined case-by-case.
- Heat-Sheet Special orders are not returnable or refundable.
Warranty
HUG Hydronics parts are covered 100% for the first 3 years, then prorated through year 12. See the full warranty explanation →
