Where Heat-Sheet Can Save

Potentially Eliminate the Separate Vapor Barrier

Depending on the Heat-Sheet product selected, panel thickness, application, and local building requirements, an additional vapor barrier or vapor retarder may not be required.

No Long Rows of Panels to Tape Together

Heat-Sheet panels interlock to create a stable installation surface. Instead of laying that foam and then spending time taping joint and joint, workers can connect the panels with the simple interlocking system and continue along the floor. 

Walk the PEX into place

The formed nodules hold the radiant tubing (PEX Pipes) at a consistent spacing while allowing the installer to press the PEX into place while standing. Pretty nice on your back!

One-Worker-Friendly Installation

Heat-Sheet panels measure approximately 2 feet by 4 feet, making them manageable for a single person. Once the panels are in place, one worker can begin walking the tubing into the grid without needing another person to hold the PEX while it is stapled.
