About Thermostat Options:

A regular (not smart) thermostat is easy to use and cheap. 

Smart Thermostats can be programed and sometimes set/turned on by remote control over the internet. Some of these thermostats will connect with your phone. They do need Wi-Fi and to be signed into your Wi-Fi for full functionality.

Smart Thermostats have more features the usage of these features is dependent on how much effort you put into installing and programing it.

Our alarm board can connect to your smart thermostat and notify you if something goes wrong. (Water level too low, fuse blows, ect).
