  • Do I need the Tank if I already have a boiler or water heater?

    Yes — the Tank is the core of every HUG Hydronics system regardless of your heat source. You'll also need a heat source kit that matches your specific boiler or water heater type to connect it to the Tank.

  • What's the difference between the Standard and Large Heat Source Pump Kit?

    The Standard kit is sized for most on-demand water heaters. The Large kit is built for higher-output boilers that need more pump flow. [Link: heat source pump kit comparison / spec sheets]

  • What does the Plate Exchanger Heat Source Kit require?

    It's designed for pressurized boiler systems and requires an additional kit to complete the connection. Navien or Rinnai plumbing kit to work with it.
