Plate Heat Exchanger Kit 150K Btu

All plate exchangers require a circulation pump to be present on the pressurized side of the plate exchanger. Often they're included inside the boiler itself. If your boiler does not come with one you are responsible for providing one. 

This Kit Requires Large Pump Heat Source Kit

This Kit includes: 
(1) - Plate Heat Exchanger; 150K Btu, 5"x12", 30 plates, 1" fnpt.
(2) - Plumbing Strapping to mount it to the wall.
(2) - Hose Clamps
(4) - 1" PEX Crimp x 1" MIP Brass Adapter fittings.

When using a hot water source like a Proline unit like Navien, Rinnai or other applications like wood boiler, solar, or existing boiler loop, this heat exchanger can make the interface to the HUG Hydronics in-floor heating system easy.  We provide the fittings to connect to our system.  You provide the solution on the other side to meet your hot water source.  Contact us with questions if you need advice.
